Jiffy’s Cancer 50 Challenge is back for 2024!
Entries are now open for this epic 50-mile ride, from Cardiff to Swansea. Join Velindre and Swansea Bay Health Charity and help us tackle cancer in South and West Wales.

There is no minimum sponsorship for this event but we encourage participants to raise as much as possible for the charities.

We are once again teaming up with our Charity President and Welsh Rugby Legend, Jonathan ‘Jiffy’ Davies, and Swansea Bay Health Charity to bring you the 4th annual Jiffy’s Cancer 50 Challenge.
This scenic 50-mile bike ride sets off at Cardiff City Stadium and follows a great route to the beautiful Bracelet Bay in Swansea.
This year this event is being run directly by Swansea Bay Health Charity and Velindre Charity and we plan to make it the biggest and best year yet! We have so many exciting new elements for this year’s participants, including:
- Specially designed event cycling jerseys made by Agilis (RRP £89)
- New event medals
- Official after party for all participants and their families at The Secret in Swansea
