In 2024 Peter’s became Velindre Cancer Charity’s first-ever official charity partner, marking the beginning of a powerful alliance in support of cancer patients and their families.
Through this partnership, we have worked closely with Peter’s to create exceptional event experiences, enhance fundraising initiatives, and strengthen our ability to fund vital cancer support and services. From sponsoring flagship events such as Castle2Castle and Wear Red to actively participating in our Overseas Events, the dedication of the Peter’s team has been truly remarkable.

Free soft lion teddies for approximately 400 children, providing additional support and comfort to families experiencing a cancer diagnosis.
1-hour specialist counselling sessions, providing one-to-one wellbeing support for patients exactly when they need it.
A team of complementary therapists whose help can alleviate anxiety, cancer symptoms and treatment side effects for patients.
One of the 40+ clinical trials active at Velindre today, producing ground-breaking research benefiting current and future cancer patients in Wales.
