SPECIAL WALES V ENGLAND PREVIEW AT THE LIBERTY STADIUM
The 6 Nations will soon be underway and you have the opportunity to be part of a very special event previewing the ultimate clash – Wales v England, in the presence of 2 rugby legends. Taking place at the Liberty Stadium Swansea 4 weeks tonight on Thursday 8 February at 7.30, Wales fly half Jonathan Davies and English centre Jeremy Guscott will bring an in depth analysis to the most passionate of clashes, together with stories and banter. And the event will be raising funds for a cause very close to Jonathan’s heart – Velindre Cancer Centre.
President of Velindre Jonathan has been a fantastic supporter of Wales’ Premier Cancer Centre and received an OBE for his support of Velindre and cancer patients in Wales. Tickets for this event can be purchased at: The Events Room
Or by ringing 0845 108 5690.
Jonathan represented Wales in both rugby codes, and went on to become one of the greatest players Welsh rugby has ever produced. A free running fly-half he first made his name at Neath RFC, then starred for Wales and Great Britain. Jonathan has since gone on to become a television rugby commentator and a hugely respected media personality.
Known for his smooth running style, Guscott the “Prince of Centres” was often considered one of the finest ball-players of any rugby age. He gained 65 caps for England and was instrumental in defeating the mighty Springboks during that famous Lions tour in 1997. Jeremy now works full-time for the BBC as a pundit on their Rugby Special, Scrum V and 6 Nations programmes.
