Ospreys triumph over Cardiff Blues in fund-raising quiz for Velindre Cancer Centre

RUGBY is a thinking game, as much as it is a physical one.

And Ospreys players have been engaging their old grey matter to get one over their rivals the Cardiff Blues.

Past and present players battled it out in a Question of Sport quiz in aid of Velindre Cancer Centre's Stepping Stones appeal — the Ospreys' chosen charity for the season.

And in a narrow competition held at the Towers Hotel, the Ospreys edged a win, with the final scores 50 to 47, raising more than £7,000 for Lung Cancer Research.
