We will be holding the 2010 Heart to Heat Appeal concert at Llandaff Cathedral on Tuesday 7th December. We will be placing Velindre Hearts, carrying the name of a loved one, onto our Christmas Tree Every Heart will display the name a loved one as a personal heart to heart celebration.
