||Join Derek the Weather on a walk from his home town of Barry through the old docks along the coast to the most southerly point on mainland Wales, to Rhoose Point. As Derek begins training for this Peru trek 2017, he will be leading an 8 mile walk that starts in his home town of Barry, and follows a route through the old docks along the coast to the most southerly point on mainland Wales, Rhoose Point. You can join Derek on his walk, as we pass through sandy beaches, an old watch tower, an Iron Age settlement and many of the places featured in “Gavin and Stacey”.
Entry is £5 per person, and each participant is required to raise a minimum of £50.00
This is a strenuous event and by entering you are stating that you understand that by taking part you do so at your own risk and will attach no responsibility to the organisers in the event of an injury. You agree to abide by the walk leaders instructions at all times. Under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
