"May I, on behalf of Maureen and myself, thank you, your staff and all the persons with whom we came into contact during my treatment at Velindre. It was of the very highest standard given with wonderful efficiency, empathy, sympathy and great care.
Everyone seemed to have the gift of making you feel that you were the only one that mattered even though the Hospital was always full. We both felt it was more like a day out than being in a Hospital!
The service, time keeping and comfort was more akin to visiting a hotel. How all your staff cope with such an unpleasant disease day in and day out beggars belief.
