A former rugby international for Wales and a Test match British Lion, Brynmor Williams also played for Swansea, Newport, Cardiff and the Barbarians.

He has maintained a full-time career during and after his playing days, spending the first sixteen years in the building society sector. 

Brynmor was born in Cardigan and is a fluent Welsh-speaker. 

Brynmor maintains his involvement in rugby as a commentator and a highly respected studio analyst for S4C.

Brynmor is a well known business figure in Wales and is a Group Board Director for Wales’s leading Insurance Broker and Health and Safety provider – Thomas Carroll.
